No one answers the phone, voice mails are always full, and no one returns calls. They updated their online utility payment method, but unfortunately, it does not work. I have also stopped receiving letters, so how exactly am I supposed to pay my water bill? And I can't even get in contact with anyone for help!

Nothing against the front tellers, but the whole system is a sham. Just had to take off work because they overcharged me a hundred dollars. When I got there I found out all their customers had been overcharged and there was a line out the door. They could've made a public announcement about the problem, but they could care less about their customers or the tellers. The two ladies in charge dont take or return calls, so you have to go down there. The minimum fee is over 27 dollars and the late fee is 10. Paying online costs 3 dollars. I've been overcharged 3 times in the last few years, and except for the tellers service, the supervisors were never friendly. Rude actually. That place is rotten to its core, like so much of that municipality.

If i could give them zero stars i would. This place never answers the phone. People work out of town and it's hard to stop by the office!! Yall are not that busy!!! and the online website has very little information. Horrible office!!! They haven't answered the phone in three years literally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The online bill pay RARELY if ever works. It’s 2025. WHY should I have to write a paper check at this point. Whoever is in charge of IT needs to be fired. I’ve been dealing with this for six months now. Even Edgefield has it more together than them. Edgefield is TINY with WAY less resources. And online billing has been “coming “ according to the website for the last four months. I’m honestly going to be afraid to sign up because with the trouble I’ve had it wouldn’t surprise me if they didn’t send my bill. Disgraceful is all I have to say about their online services.

The most inept people imaginable work here. It's so bad, this place should feel severe embarrassment over their performance and consider moving on to a different job that is better suited to their limited skill set. It's sad, really, but exactly what you would expect in the middle of nowhere USA.
