Ruby is amazing and its so unfair that she is put in the cross hairs of what is now absolutely horrid service. I will be taking my business elsewhere sadly because since the change in ownership, they just cannot keep it together. Absolutely all together TERRIBLE service from the now non-local run call center. Was so excited about this place when I first became a costumer. Now its become a nightmare to deal with, from not being able to access my unit, to being overcharged, unapproved lease changes, and the list goes on. So sorry Ruby and best of luck.

I’ve had my storage unit for over ten years. There are just some things I can’t get rid of. What really keeps me at North Augusta Self Storage is Ruby. She’s always pleasant and willing to talk to me about whatever is on my mind. She’s not one of those people that is there sometimes and not there sometimes. She is friendly, courteous and reliable, as is her husband. I honestly believe if she left I would leave also.

Great job, but always room for improvement. I would love to have an on site manager again. Some problems can't wait. Other than that concern, GREAT JOB !!!!! 👍🏼

Staff is awsome. I have always been able to keep my units payed up several months ahead, But that's not the case anymore for some reason.

The transaction with na storage was fast, secure, and check in and out was a breeze. Will use again and I highly recommend!
