North Augusta Customs

I chose NA Customs because they were the only nearby vehicle window tint installation company that carried the Llumar tint product. My research indicated that was the best product for my car. The other reason I chose them was because Bryson Clark spent a great deal of time with me explaining in detail their tint recommendations for my specific needs. They did a great job on the installation and the tint recommendations they made were perfect for my situation. I highly recommend them

I normally try to leave great reviews for businesses that I patron but I had to post this. I arrived to my appointment at 12:40 with North Augusta Customs (NAC) which was at 1:00. I was told that the techs lunch break is from 12-1, okay but if my appointment is at 1 o'clock why am I still sitting in the waiting room at 3:25 pm? My appointment was scheduled to mount 4 23 inch tires on some rims currently on the vehicle...WTH. Another sore point to this visit was the customer service which was horrible, no one stopped to give any updates and it wasn't until 3 p.m when I asked how much longer the manager went to check. NAC is also over priced, I know businesses are out to gain a profit but a bottle of Weather Tech cleaner was $19.95 and the cleaner and protectant as a set is $22.95 online or at Ace. It's sad that no one apologized for the long wait even when I told them I had an engagement at 3:30. I most likely won't be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone needing specialty truck work.

This is my second time having work done by North Augusta Customs. I first came here a couple of years ago to get a front end level kit, spray in bed liner, and toolbox installed in the back. They did a phenomenal job and were finished before the end of the day. Fast forward to today, I go in to ask about an issue with one of the hydraulics on my toolbox. I also was interested in a bed cover. Not only did they fix the hydraulic on the toolbox for free, but they got me out of there with a new bed cover in under an hour. The guys were great with giving me their honest opinions on the different covers and I’m confident and happy with my choice. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on for any custom work I need done, and you should too!

They knocked it out of the park. Got a quote for a bedliner on a Tuesday. Brought it in Wednesday morning. Drove it home Wednesday afternoon. Enough said. If you want it done right, take it to North Augusta Customs.

I recently had ceramic tint installed on my front windows along with a windshield strip at North Augusta Customs. I was very pleased with the ease of setting up an appointment as well as the professional and efficient service they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their windows tinted. 👍🏼
