I had a lot of old lumber to get rid of and decided to go to this recycling location. Everything was well organized and the employee was very helpful and friendly.

It's a dump! Trash service and it's kept clean. Beware the crackheads digging after hours, though

My wife and I often host international artists and casual winter colony visitors at our estate. Many a guest are in Aiken for polo or Joye in Aiken. Occasionally we also have guests enroute to Spoleto festival. Regardless of their purpose we always take them to see and use Drop Off #3. Our male guests really enjoy looking to see what cool items are in the metal recycling bin. The long hook for retrieving items from the bin is delightful fun for our guests. On a particularly hot summer day we often bring a wine and cheese basket to enjoy good conversation and a light meal next to the domestic trash compactor. A hospitality tent and live classical music would be great additions, but over all this is a wonderful attraction in Aiken County.
