Service is quick and staff is very friendly. Walked in the host had customer so I decided to go to the teller since there was no line. I received assistance right away and was done in 5mins.

Wow! Terrible branch! Go in on Saturday to attempt to do banking. (Loan stuff) get turned away and required to make an appointment. Too easy, the lady at the front desk helps. Apparently-these appointments are ONLY at 9am. So fast forward to the appointment time- they didn’t see it and are understaffed so we have to work with another branch. So with an appointment I still don’t have an appointment…I really wish people would just do their jobs.

Terrible terrible experience each time!!!! I’ve waited 2 hours to be serviced and now I’m waiting for another agent to come over to help. I got pre approved for a car loan. Well the car dealership turned out to be a scam so I called and had a stop payment issued. The agent tells me to go inside to sign a form (I do so the very next day). Navy federal said they’ll issue me another once I found another car. So I found a car a few days later and I ended up using the dealership for financing because their rate was ten times better than navy federal!!!! No lie! So I never got a second check and the dealership was able to cash the check three days later even after the stop payment had been put in place. Now Navy Federal wants me to repay the loan that was never used by me. How can I get this resolved before I seek legal counsel ?

I love my online experiences with Navy Federal. My account set up is very user friendly. However, my in-person experiences have not been pleasant. Every time I come to this Navy Federal, I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes. There is no sense of urgency from tellers. There should be consequences. I wish there could be something done because all experiences can’t be virtual unfortunately. If you are in a hurry, plan accordingly. 🙌🏽

Terrible service. Customer service is a 0/10. Not welcoming at all. James my representative had a demeanor of grave disgust, was not very helpful, was rude and treated me like I didn’t deserve to be there. I’ll never return to this branch.
