The NACA program is a very good program to use if you are low-moderate income and wish to own a home. My counselor Ms. Donna is super helpful. The process is rigorous by default because it allows you to see a true picture of your finances and at the same time sets you up to be a homeowner. Joining the NACA family is the best decision I made in my journey to purchase a home.

Hello Everyone. I attended a NACA workshop last Saturday facilitated by Nicole Donna in Augusta, GA. The workshop was very informative and Ms. Donna presented a lot of facts about the NACA program that I didn't know how about before. I highly recommend the program to anyone who is wanting to purchase a home and it's up to you to stick to the process. I wish that I would have known about the program earlier. Keep up the good work, NACA! 👏 🙌 👍

NACA is a wonderful program. thisprogram assist with down payment and closing costs. despite the negative reviews, NACA is program that benefits you as a client, This means you have to do your part, be prepared prior to your first counseling session, respond immediately when documents are requested, stay organized and most of all keep a good rapport with your counselor. My counselor was changed after my first session and my new counselor Nicole met and excel beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this program.

NACA is a program that allows individuals the opportunity to own a home instead of continuing to rent from landlord. They take their time and show you the steps from start to finish. By working with you the hard part will be worth it in the end. I recommend this program to anyone who needs the discipline that is necessary when starting the home buying process.

The only thing standing between you and homeownership might just be you. That’s been my biggest lesson on this journey. I’ve been on this path longer than I should have—not because of NACA, but because of my own procrastination. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with an incredible counselor, Miss Nicole, whose guidance and encouragement reignited my belief in what’s possible. Today, I’m one step closer to turning a dream into reality and creating a legacy for my family. The joy of even imagining homeownership is beyond words. If you’re thinking about taking a chance—take a chance on yourself. It all starts with one orientation class. That’s the first step.
