Mulch & More

I hired Mulch and More to deliver materials to my property and gave permission to drop off in my backyard. Without supervision or proper communication, they entered the yard and drove in a way that caused serious damage to my Rain Bird irrigation system and broke a utility line. Their actions showed clear negligence and a lack of regard for underground infrastructure. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. This reflects unsafe driving and highly unprofessional business practices. I do not recommend this company to anyone expecting care, accountability, or basic standards of service.

Bought five rolls of pinestraw in January from Mulch and More. Prior to that I bought 9 from SiteOne. No difference in quality. Both were dry. Rolls from Mulch and More were 30% denser = more straw than SiteOne.
