Mountaineer Pest

1 is to much to give this company, but their was no 0 , they gave my 99 year old mother such a hard time over money. when they did such a poor, poor job in getting rid of the pest, She been with them over two years and the pest are still there, and she is paying $145 a month with no results. so please stay away from these people, This company “(mountaineer pest” ) a name only to benefit themselves. And my mom still has bugs in and around her house. So please read the contract really carefully before signing.

Marcus arrived right on time. He was courteous and very professional at all times. He explained the findings of the service call in detail. He answered all our questions without hesitation. He did a thorough job of servicing our home inside /out. Company technicians like Marcus ensures my continuing business with Mountaineer Pest services. Our experience was exceptional !!! Mountaineer was great in the beginning but I have been requesting the cancellation email since March of 2022 and still have not received it. They continuously pop up; HOUNDING me to do services. On today, they took control of themselves to go ahead and completely services against my will. The customer service is very bare minimal and they will never have to worry about me again.

They went 4 months not providing service (all while billing us each month). They told us that they couldn't check all the termite traps, because they couldn't find them, even though they were clearly marked (and they installed extras each trip out). Each visit was completed by a different technician, each of whom spoke poorly of the company and the previous technician. Finally, when we decided to cancel, there was no apology. Our request for refund of the previous months when we didn't receive service was denied. And then, to top it off, they came to repo the termite traps, without filling in the holes. So now, we've got 20+ holes around the house where they didn't bother taking the time to fill them in. Overall, not a great experience.

Worst customer service I’ve literally ever experienced. Brandy the office manager should be terminated immediately because she definitely does not have any customer service skills. I was a brand new customer, simply trying to get my yard sprayed. Technician couldn’t do it last week due to rain, rescheduled for today at 10 and nothing. Was told appointment was not put in the computer. Rescheduled again for 3 and technician was late. Called to voice my concerns and was treated so rudely that it actually caught me off guard. Cancelled everything and would never recommend to my worst enemy.
