The room floors were dirty. Bathroom dirty , chunk of wall missing . Cheap bedding hard pillows Bed not comfortable.Room stink like smoke. Only one chair. It was definitely not a $200 a night room. I would have left same review if we had paid less. Completely taking advantage of the Masters going on. Took pictures wish I could share to show the room. So disappointed.. Gave it 4 star for location because that was the only positive thing about this room. Easy short drive to the Masters.

Good for a quick stay. Was safe and I believe Sam, was watching over our cars. Heavy bleach smell but they have to keep it clean. For the area it does the job

🤷🏼‍♀️ get better housekeeping, the incidental deposit is for damages not because the room needed to be cleaned and I never broke anything. And anytime I brought something wrong to their attention it was not dealt with while i was there. Should say at check in that the deposit will be held if the tweaking housekeeping staff has to do their job, stop calling it an incidental and call it a cleaning fee. These scammy hotels just make up their own bs to screw you over. It is what it is.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! My girlfriend and I checked out after only 10 minutes of being checked in. As we were checking in at the front desk, we noticed the front desk lady being very rude and disrespectful to a customer over the phone— we were considering the idea of canceling right then and there— but we ignored that and decided to proceed with giving it a fair chance. I paid for a 2 night stay, and couldn’t even make it through half an hour. Soon as me and my girlfriend gathered our belongings to the room, we noticed multiple red flags just before getting into the room. There was a sign that read “Please lock your car doors, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLE DAMAGE OR STOLEN PROPERTY” which was a huge red flag to me— they could just get someone they know to do an inside job of vandalism or theft— and as we were walking up to our room, we noticed loud music— not that there’s anything wrong with rap music/ and music being played out loud— however, I just thought that it was very unprofessional. There was this creepy guy staring at us when we were opening up our room door, the whole hall reeked of cigarette smoke and mixed cleaning products(VERY UNPLEASANT ODOR). Walking into the room was just the ultimate NO NO for me. The pictures from the ads were very misleading and did not meet my expectations— the room stunk so bad, the rags were terribly folded, no towels were given, smoke fog all over the bathroom mirror and window, dirt, dander, dust debris and crumbs were all over the floor, and also the bed sheets and towels all seemed very outdated and old. After only 10 minutes of being in the room, me and my girlfriend just decided to cancel our stay. We tried to go to the front desk to cancel our reservation, but the front desk people seemed a little upset by our decision and tried to make accommodations to keep from refunding us our money. We were told that we would be refunded the very next day and still haven’t received even a partial refund. Worst stay/ no stay ev...

Worst motel I have ever been in. Floors were absolutely nasty. We bought a broom and mop to clean the room and gave up after mopping 3 times. Floors had most likely not been fully swept or mopped in years. Bathroom door would not close all the way. Toilet did not flush properly. TV did not work. Dog poop was on the stairs going up to our room. No dresser or closet in room. They did leave the lights on for us, but we did not want to see what the lights revealed.
