If I could give zero stars I WOULD. We called to have our AC unit serviced because it was Spring time and we like to have it serviced twice a year. We called them because they were the ones that installed our units when we built our home. The older gentleman the at everyone is referring to, is the actual owner! He came out and serviced our AC unit outside, or so we thought, then proceeded to go in our attic where our unit was….he came in my home barefoot. No shoes or socks on. I told him I have booties but he insisted he was fine. I should have known then this was a mistake. He proceeded up the ladder with a water bottle full of bleach. And within 5 minutes we heard a loud crash and he fell through my ceiling. He stepped off the beam and went right though the drywall with both feet. Rushing upstairs and concerned for his wellbeing I asked if he was okay and if I needed to call 911 and he said no that he was going to the hospital and someone from his company was coming to get him. He told me he would have someone fix it the huge hole in my ceiling and then drove off. We were left with a HUGE hole next our infants room. A couple hours later we got a call, not from Morgan Heating and Cooling, but from a random person who said they were called out to fix the hole in our ceiling. We didn’t trust them so we had someone else fix it. On top of that our AC would not work since that day! Come to find out, he unplugged it and never turned it back on. Just left everything undone. Thank god for Doc Savage in Augusta and his very professional team who came out the same day fixed our unit. We have heard NOTHING from this company since. It’s has been WEEKS since this happened. They have been unresponsive. We’ve called and left several messages, emailed them and have heard nothing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

We will NEVER use or recommend this company ever again. They are unprofessional and hard to communicate with. That is if you can even get anyone on the phone. Please view the reviews on this place and believe them. I would recommend going anywhere else and saving your money. If you use them you will end up having to fix other things in your home because of their carelessness.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I called due to my A/C upstairs not working. I called this company because they’re the one who installed the unit when my home was built. Ever since I moved into my home I’ve always had issues with the upstairs A/C. 6 months into being in my new home, we had to break walls being there was a leak…that was fixed, however, I would continue to have issues. This past fall once again I had an issue and I called to see what was going on with the system. Older gentleman came, couldn’t find anything (so he says) he stated he wiggles wires and the system kicked back on. Payed the $100 and guess what! MY A/C WAS STILL NOT WORKING! This gentleman did not even go to the outside unit to check if something is going on out there! I had to call 1st thing the next morning and I had to tell him when they sent the same man again that he did NOT check the outside unit. He tried to make excuses as to why he didn’t have to check it and came inside and said it may be an electrical issue with the thermostat…mind you my thermostat was working just fine. He then said that I needed to replace something that would be expensive…. I could NOT trust this man’s word! I had to get a second opinion…I could not trust this mad who did not sound sure and basically made me feel as if he was telling me anything to get my $$$$ I had no idea I could’ve called any HVAC company that works with the brand of my unit and would be covered under warranty (thank god for my brother who educated me from far away!) Long story short my A/C unit was not working because it had ANOTHER LEAK! It was low on refrigerant. Mind you, my house is 4 years old! Another company had to tell me this and spend a couple of hours trying to figure out what was going on with my unit rather than the gentleman from this company that was here for less than 30 min for both visits! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! At the end, you will get better service and an honest diagnosis.

Clint with Morgan Heating and Cooling was excellent. Our heat was not working properly and he showed up with a great attitude, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Be cautious when using this company. Will fix issues incorrectly and then charge you to refix them when issues arise. Example - TXV valve broken.. employee fixes it.. but fails to properly weld the new valve.. to fix the issue they will charge you again. Has employed criminals (Employees that are incarcerated or have been incarcerated). For services that require entering your house, be careful. This is definitely a turn model and the customer service reflects this.
