Moby's Car Wash

I do not give reviews on anything. I use this will be a first. I have been a mobi's customer now, for 9 months. The people that work there absolutely amazing. The pre car wash person with the broom. That does your car or truck or SUV? Before you enter the car, wash always does the same thing with every vehicle over and over and over. I have had a few people. Come up to me and offer to do my floor mats. They remove them, they power, wash them minor rubber weather tech, they dry them, and they put them back in. Note They remove them for me. Because I have a bad back and have a problem bending down.I don't know if they do that all the time. The place is clean. The people are helpful, they're extremely organized. This is the sixth car wash. I have belonged to in my life. And it will be the last.They have a customer for life.

The customer service at this car wash is absolutely exceptional. Every employee does their best to make sure they ask each and every customer if there’s any help they can offer them and they always have a smile on their faces! One employee in particular really stood out to me with his kindness, Jackson. It’s not every day you find good customer service so I highly recommend this company!

Have gone to Moby's a few different times, now. Today, a young man helped us by cleaning our mats. Another young man offered us bottled water. I have never had a bad experience there and plan to continue going, especially when workers go above and beyond good service Terri G

I've been to this place twice now. I'm really liking this carwash!! They actually spray and pre-brush the entire front and rear of the cars that might be missed, (going thru the tunnel) or have extra bugs/dirt. Other places might just hit the front and half ass spray the rear. Even the rims come out FAR cleaner than other places. Definitely recommend!!

The service has always been top notch. However the car wash has been failing to perform cleaning throughly. The rear of both vehicles has not been cleaned in the wash. I was contacted by the company and they reviewed my issues. He has been working with me to ensure my vehicles at being properly cleaned. Very good customer service
