My first time trying this restaurant, and I loved it. The meals came out very quickly. Although it was busy, there was ample seating. I really liked the fried noodles with tofu. The tofu was spiced with curry powder and reminded me of Singapore noodles. My guest got Japanese ramen with chicken. We shared the spicy wonton.

If you are vegan, you need to go to this place. If you eat meat, you need to go to this place. Either way, you will love it!! My mom and I were visiting relatives in Augusta and we had dinner here the first night of our stay. We ended up eating here every night for dinner. We loved the bowls so much! My mom had chicken and I had tofu. The tofu bowl has so much flavor that I didn’t need to add the sauces that it comes with. I even asked how they seasoned the tofu and the girls in the front didn’t know. One went to ask in the back and she came back and forgot most all they said except she told me they add cumin. I don’t know what else they use but the tofu is the best that I have ever eaten. We really enjoyed our meals. An added perk was that Sprouts Market is in the same shopping center so we would go over there after our meal. I wish this place was in NJ!!

Despite the constant flow of traffic, the food came out expediently. Before we had even checked out at the register, the tiger boba tea was ready for me to take to my table. The hibachi was very flavorful and something I would very much recommend. The bao buns are soft and melt in your mouth. Their boba tea might be the best I’ve had in the CSRA

Mirin Fusion Kitchen is one of my favorite ramen spots in Augusta! Their ramen is amazing—I’ve tried every protein option, and they’re all so good, you can’t go wrong. The boba is the best in town, too! I also love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere; it’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good filling meal. Highly recommend checking it out!

I got ramen to go and when I got home I realized there was MOLD on my noodles…….this is the THIRD time I’ve tried to eat here (cuz my friends said it was good and to give it another shot) and every time I’ve had mold or hair in my food….. there were blue and black spots all throughout the ramen…. Dollar tree ramen is safer than this. Truly disappointing. Edit: this is a response to the owner below: I’ve brought up food issues (either hair in the food or possible mold) both in person and over the phone and every time I was never given an explanation just an apology. There is no excuse for the hair in the food and as for the blue / black color it should’ve been explained the first time it occurred.
