I am one that has fibromyalgia, low autoimmune disease that deals with inflammation. My back has been really hurting really bad lately. Went to a massage therapist on Friday (3/22/24) to get what I thought would help but came out feeling worse. I got for the first time deep tissue massage and woke up the next day in more pain.
