Midtown Tavern - Augusta, GA

First time there, during Master’s was an experience in itself. Patio seating was the go too. Weather was nice, nice size television to enjoy the tournament while dining. Food was delicious! I tried the Brussel sprouts👌🏾 and the buffalo chicken wings were amazing. Tender with a slight crisp and flavorful. I also had a sandwich (I think Philly. It was 5-6 days ago🤦🏾‍♀️) it was really good with the pickled onions. Service was great. I will return. And b/c the MAIN reason of me coming was for something else, which wasn’t on the “Master’s menu”

Clean, neat, and uncluttered decor. Nice table and chair seating. It did get pretty loud throughout the whole restaurant. The staff and service was exceptional for being so busy. Our group all enjoy our selections of food and drinks. I personally really liked the buttermilk chicken tenders. Highly recommend if you like breaded chicken. The mixed drinks were high quality and very well constructed. I recommend trying this place if you haven't already. I believe you'll enjoy yourself. 🤗

My sister and I came here for dinner on a Saturday evening. They were quite busy, but just had a table open up for two and we were able to be seated right away. We ordered an appetizer and a couple of drinks and our food and drinks came in a timely manner. Then we ordered our main meal, I got to their burger and my sister got their steak fries. The food was delicious and served fresh. The atmosphere was chill however they had a party come in later and it got rather loud and hard to hear our conversation. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely be back to try more items off of their menu.

What a cute, romantic and comfy lil place to grab a good adult beverage and dinner. The young lady Lucia (sp) did an excellent job taking care of us tonight. She was all smiles, very sweet disposition, brought us anything we needed or wanted immediately and with a great attitude!! She needs a raise!! I had a Moscow mule(excellent) my hubby had the long Island(fair). I ordered the burger and fries. The burger was outstanding!! Not dry and over cooked at all.. plus the taste was mouth watering. The fries, not so much.. cold and very thin... My husband had the steak sandwich and fries. Steak was perfectly prepared, not over done at all!! The fries again were not good. All in all though, we loved our experience and will def go back. Good job everyone!!

I have eaten here before and the food is amazing but today I decided to stop by and pamper myself with a nice drink. Jordon was bartending today and both drinks she made for me superseded expectation! I started with a white sangria which may seem like a simple drink but it had Crème de fraise Blackberry, cranberry, lemon, white wine, and a splash of bubbles. She also made it extra pretty for me upon request. I inquired about another drink and she misspoke and said an apricot mule which sounded far better than what I was trying to order. The apricot mule is now my new favorite mule hands down. Planning an event here with Jordon bartending is definitely in the foreseeable future!!!
