Midgard Self Storage

At first I thought it was a little odd that I had to speak with a virtual assistant, but Jewels appeared right away and to my surprise was NOT a robot. Robots are very difficult to work with but Jewels was great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my unit upgrade right there on the spot. Thank you for hiring humans to assist your customers instead of robots!

Jewels, your virtual assistant is "a jewel!" She was a huge help. I told her that I needed to close out one of my units and she helped me with that. She was very nice, patient with both me and her slow computer. I will be out of my one unit at the end of February, but more inclined to want to continue my storage future with Midgard. Jewel did a great job helping me complete my Midland Storage rental. This was the first time I did all this talking to someone remotely on a big screen. The storage facility and equipment is new so we had had to work through a few glitches. She did it all professionally,easily and with a great sense of humor.

Jewels was wonderful! She helped me so so much. I am moving and between homes I have a 18 day gap that is stressing the life out of me and Jewels helped me find the best option to store my furniture while being ridiculously kind! I am so so soooooo thankful to her! God bless! Thank you Jewels❣️
