Mi Rancho Restaurante Mexicano

Stopped in for lunch today. Very friendly staff quickly took my order. I had the machos nachos (if I recall correctly) It was very good with chicken, chorizo, and onions! All together with cheese on nachos.

This particular location is our favorite Mexican food. They always get our order correct and in a timely manner. They have great street styled tacos with a variety of meats like barbacoa and goat. My favorites are the chimichangas and the fried burrito.

We really enjoyed our visit at Mi Rancho’s this evening. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff was on point with all of our needs. We also enjoyed the upbeat music. We will definitely be back for more. 👌🏾 #Fajita

I went to the restaurant and placed an order to go. I ordered two steak taco salads, a steak gringo, and a chicken burrito. When I received my order, the chicken burrito was some dry shredded chicken on a tortilla with sitting in a plate of rice and refried beans. The taco salads were incomplete and dry. When I called to complain everyone was acting as if they couldn’t understand what I was saying. I will NEVER return here. Needless to say, the customer service and food was horrible.

Customer service is trash! I called in a order 4 hours ago went to pick it up , they said they ain’t get my order. I talked to a lady on the phone. I tried again hours later , and the same thing happened. You try and give these businesses a benefit of the doubt .They was laughing . Then I showed the guy my call log and he said that’s not his number , guess what I called in front of him. Now he was looking stupid. I’m pregnant and hungry and two times was enough for me . They will never get my business again. Do not go here I think they are racist at this point. I definitely spent a lot of money here and I will never spend another dime.
