This was my first time using this service and wow what an amazing job they did. They took great steps to ensure that every area was thoroughly clean. Will definitely use service again. It is November 15th and services from Merry Maids continue to surpass my expectations! I highly recommend their services.

The team did an excellent job with the routine cleaning; however, I had specifically paid for a deep cleaning that was supposed to include wiping down the baseboards, cabinets, and blinds, which was not completed. When I reached out to address this, they offered a $14 discount for the services that were missed, which doesn’t seem sufficient given the oversight.

Harleigh did a great job deep-cleaning our entire house after post-hurricane construction crews and months of neglect made a mess of it. She had a partner that had to leave a few hours into the cleaning, but Harleigh stayed on-task until the job was done even though it took the entire day. She asked me and my husband to look over it for anything she missed. She was very thorough, and we're really pleased to have a house that is ready to live in again!
