The awesome ladies, Stephanie (owner) and Heidi, helped me pick out the perfect gift for my aunt for her birthday. My aunt has been a loyal customer for many years and she always has great things to say about the store and products. I knew right away that the service was exceptional when I walked in, as they made it their goal to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It's not just about the high-quality products, but the level of customer care that makes this place stand out.

Very nice, well stocked shop. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about the cosmetic line. Was great help for me with my skin issues. I highly recommend this Merle Norman Studio.

Kelsey is very helpful and she knows her products. She was able to help me pick just the right makeup. She had good suggestions and also listened to me.

Well, not only do I love Merle Norman products, the ladies who work at this location are phenomenal! The young lady I always deal with, Lindsey, is as sweet and helpful as she can be, and when I place orders over the phone for delivery (due to the distance of the shop from my home), Lindsey ensures she mails me the correct product, in the correct shade, each time; I can also request samples of other products, and get those included in my order. (*I must mention this specific, outstanding customer service experience I had with Lindsey: I had never used Merle Norman's CC Cream, so I was unsure of the shade to order over the phone. After consulting with Lindsey, I decided to get the shade closest to the shade I always buy in their Mineral Powder Foundation. Well, Lindsey sent the shade of CC Cream that I requested, but she also went out of her way to send me a sample of my chosen shade, as well as samples of 2 other shades, so that I could try them out before opening the new bigger CC Cream! Lindsey even included a little note telling me this, so as to prevent my having return issues in case the product I ordered was not the right shade!) To me, that was thoughtful and beyond the realm of what she had to do, which impressed me...And, in my opinion, if young Lindsey takes extra steps with each client at the shop, by going above and beyond the minimum, she deserves promotion in due time. Next, I'll mention something that the owner of this Merle Norman shop on Washington Road did for me, which really blew my mind! For my most recent order, I bought my Mineral Powder Foundation over the phone. According to the email I received a day after, the product had been shipped out to me, and was supposed to be delivered around the third day. The USPS tracking, at first, told me the same; however, the delivery date came and went, and no package. I waited a couple days and checked tracking again, and it reflected that the delivery date was unknown. So, I called Merle Norman, and ...

Lovely store, well stocked and excellent service, knowledgeable about the product line and experienced in it. I enjoyed talking to Stephanie and was invited back to the anniversary event coming up. After having been disappointing visits to the salons in TN for the last few years I have lived there, I am delighted to find this salon in my new home, and my mother and I are looking forward to purchasing all our Merle Norman here in the future.
