Can’t say enough how wonderful Jennifer and Meow Town are for the community. Last minute disaster during a home renovation left our three cats homeless for four days (we as well were out in the streets). She cared for the grumpy threesome as if they were her own. Absolutely a life saver. Will definitely use her for the future and recommend her to all. Thank you ! Thank you !

We were so lucky to have Jen care for our cat, Milo, while my fiancé and I were away on what turned out to be a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Disney World — a Christmas and birthday celebration that became our engagement trip! I’m very particular about who watches Milo because he’s such a shy and reserved little guy, but Jen was truly a gem for him. From the moment we met, she put my mind at ease with her warmth and attentiveness. Throughout our trip, she sent us meaningful updates that really captured who Milo is — not just the basics, but thoughtful little notes that showed she truly saw him. And the sweetest part? She even gave us a gift bag for Milo when we got back, which just speaks volumes about the kind of care and heart she brings to her work. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and incredibly in tune with animals, Jen is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on her again!

Even though our cats are not done with their "vaCATion", I feel compelled to leave a review. My wife and I flew in from Germany and we had misplaced one of our cat's insulin. The owner went above and beyond by calling every vet clinic she could to see if they carried any in stock. We ended up having to order it and ship it to her. Since we didn't have a local vet yet, she worked with one to sign off on a prescription to get it ordered. She has sent us photos of our cats when we requested and has just been amazing since they had been boarded. I will update this review once we pick them up. *UPDATE* A little overdue update but our furry kids did not want to leave. They very much enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be using Meowtown to take care of our loved ones when we have to travel out of town for extended periods of time. Outside of family, I don't think we trust anyone else.

Honestly this place is way better than it has any reason to be. Jen went way above and beyond to help my kitten have a wonderful time. Forget any other place to keep your cat this Meow Town is the gold standard for feline care.
