i don't know how, but they somehow managed to fill my box of nuggets with patties instead lmao figure that one out. I don't see how you do that accidentally. Wish I could just get what I paid for and leave without worrying about something that negligent lol

Came in this morning to get a couple of steak biscuits for breakfast. I didn’t notice the car leaving in front of me and the lady at the window started screaming at me. I grabbed my food and she flipped me off. I’m extremely disappointed I have spent hundreds of dollars if not thousands of dollars at McDonald’s throughout my life. I went into the store and told the manager and the manager turned her back on me and acted like she didn’t even care the managers in front of me and the lady behind the manager is the one who flipped me off in the picture.

#2 meal. They fixed it, but still. This shouldn’t have even left the window. If the staff knows the cook tends to do this to orders, then they need to quality check the food before it leaves the service window. 👎

Management here is a joke, only people I saw hustling were the younger staff- while the franchise owner/GM is just talking to his coworker while there’s a line around the restaurant, would love to see him on the line during a busy lunch hour. The other manager, the shorter lady with the red shirt, can also stop giving insane attitude to the younger employee with red braids. Thank you to the girl with red braids for being the only one working hard, while a bunch of adults around her had no hustle or care and terrible attitudes. If that’s how they treat their staff I wonder how management would handle complaints, and from looking at their recent reviews there are plenty. I’m getting tired of going into restaurants and watching managers just scream at their staff right in front of us like we don’t care about watching a young woman get yelled at, at mcdonald’s of all places.

Adrian and 1 other lady, thats name escapes me at the moment, are absolutely Awesome!!! The owner or store manager really needs to work on employee retention. I think the latest to go was Mr Harvey? I believe...and he was very professional...when telling me he will miss seeing me in the mornings, as he was resigning. Its heartbreaking that companies like this don't try to keep employees...when its a very small task to make them happy and appreciated enough to stay! He ALWAYS checked my orders...made sure it was right before he handed it to me and always had a smile on his face!!! He took pride in whatever job he was doing at the time. Already miss him as the staff thats there rn are unprofessional, short and unfriendly to say the least. My order is always wrong now...except when the employees that have been there a while make it. Its really a shame that instead of retaining the great employees you have...you let them go and hire ppl that are unable to correctly take orders, or if its right on the screen, its wrong in the bag🙄 Bring back the AM staff that has, skills, professionalism, and always made the customers happy!
