McDonald's

I placed a mobile curbside order for a Sprite and fries because I wasn’t feeling well and just needed something light. I double-checked that I was at the right location, marked “I’m here” in the app, and waited in my spot for over 20 minutes. There were no other cars in curbside, so it wasn’t even busy. I called the store twice — no one answered either time. I eventually gave up and left with nothing, still feeling sick and now completely frustrated. I couldn’t even cancel the order because it said it was already being prepared. This was such a disappointing experience and an unnecessary stress when I was just trying to take care of myself. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve submitted a report through the app and hope to be refunded — but this location needs to do better.

I had an appointment with my Payne Doctor this morning and like always. I stopped at McDonald's to get food before I go in cause. I get injections in my spine. I went in and ordered my usual steak. And cheese bagel with an orange juice and a nice coffee today. We even got some hash Browns. However, when I got to my location it was a sausage bagel and I have to eat something so I have the bagel and I called the store the manager told me to bring it back. And she would replace it when I got back at 11 o'clock. Cause that's when my appointment was over. I wait at my friend go get. My fand it's after breakfast so I couldn't get my steak, egg and cheese bagels. So I told them that I would take a double quarter. Pound of cheese has my sandwich with $7 and some change. The manager told me because I ate half. Of it, she wasn't going to give me another sandwich. I have to eat before I go in for these procedures. I stop here every time I come up here for these procedures. Please make this right as the bagel. With sausage, egg and cheese was terrible. I wanted steak, egg and cheese and she was rude to us. She cursed my friend out because I. Ate half my bagel cause I was hungry that I bought at 9:30. She is not a very nice person very rude to us. I believe that people that work at McDonald shouldn't at least be courteous to people and I even called.I think it's a waste of my gas sometime.I have real health problems going on.

I must say it was a good smooth in and out service the last time but I was happy about that but normally it is not great atmosphere or service but the food is normally accurate. I feel like that the employees need to concentrate more on customer needs anticipating guest needs and not just acting like they don't care about their job or the customer remember without the customer if you don't have a job

It would be appreciated if the employees at this McDonald's location knew the correct size of McDonald's cups. The cup sizes are labeled on the side of the cup. When I ask for a large I don't expect a medium or small. Or vice versa. This is a poor reflection of customer service and to others. The employee explained that the wrong cup sizes were being given out, which I sympathize with. As for everything else it needs to be corrected.

We were traveling and stopped here after a fight broke out at Bojangles with their employees. We had to wait for our food, but I had ordered a filet o fish and it was cooked fresh. We asked for extra fried in the Happy Meal and got apple slices that my son could not eat. This was the second time on this trip that it happened. Why do they give choices if they are going to ignore it?
