Maxim Healthcare Augusta, GA Regional Office

Maxim (Augusta) has provided nursing for my son for almost four years. I can't say enough about the office staff and many of the nurses that have worked in our home. When we've had an issue, we communicated with the office and they did their best to work it out. I always felt like the staff was caring and understanding with our situation. We've had some really great nurses and some have felt like family. I would highly recommend Maxim to families who are in need of nursing care in their homes for their loved ones.

I’ve worked at Maxim since June 2002. Love the people, the atmosphere. Staff is friendly, efficient and nurses are knowledgeable and always ready to help if needed. We always put our patients first and always do our best to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. I truly love working with my Maxim peers.

We have used Maxim for over 2 years for my son that is Vent dependant/trached and paralyzed, out of all of our time with them so far, we have only had 2 great nurses. The rest that we have come in contact with are very uneducated and unorganized. Maxim does not allow enough training or proper training for that matter before sending nursing into a home. And none of the nursing staff WE have had have been reliable at all other than 2.

A professional home health company that really operates as a team. Pay is on par with local rates. 1:1 ratio is fantastic! I love being a Maxim nurse!

Good company to work for but the pay is less than desirable.
