Kailey, is a great a great coach and she has been coaching me now for 7 weeks. I look forward to going each week and I also workout on my own. The staff at max fitness is very nice and friendly. Addison is very helpful and patient. He will also work with you on making sure you get scheduled and guiding you on a healthy eating plan. The best choice I’ve was to join this gym and it’s so big with everything in it that you would desire to workout with to become physical fit. Priscilla Robinson

I highly recommend this gym and their personal training company, Elevate Fitness! My trainer is Kathy and she is extremely knowledgeable, pushes me to reach my goals, and we have a genuine bond that I’ve never had with another trainer. I couldn’t ask for more!! I also love the gym itself. I would come here when it was Gold’s and I liked it then, but love it even more now with the new floors and updated area next to the front desk. The girls at the front desk are also so sweet and always greet you! Love this place and the people so much. ❤️

Things are always broken. For being such a high volume gym, you’d think they’d actually maintain and upkeep the gym… they don’t. Often times you’re left having to wait to do your workout because the only functioning piece of equipment is taken. Staff trainers are walking around with no shoes on and their bellies out. I have been to many gyms across the country and never have I seen such dis-functionality and unprofessional by gym staff or upkeep. I pay a maintenance fee, yearly, where does it go??? There is no excuse for upholstery to be so torn up, cables snapped daily, and benches not being screwed in. There has to be at minimum 4K members here. That’s 160k in maintenance fees every year AT MINIMUM. Do better.

Yesterday I started the cancellation process of my personal training because it is becoming inconvenient due to the change on the gyms end. I haven’t even been a part of the personal training for a month. I am trying to cancel my personal training because of the amount I’m paying the service or experience just seems to not be worth it and the email read that I need to pay about 800 something to cancel something that serves me no actual purpose and is starting to be inconvenient. You may be saying that is what I signed But during the time of signing documents on an iPad, I told explicitly that I was unable to see because I did not have contacts in to read the document. He insisted that he would just read the document and I can just fill in the information as needed he skipped over a good bit of important information About the cancellation process so I had no idea That it was not month-to-month or the amount of money they would want for want To be able to cancel I am truly disappointed in everything during this cancellation process has been So they will not have to deal with the customer so if you need to sign anything Before signing do not take their word because somewhere in the contract, it literally says That there’s no verbal agreements and if it’s a contract, don’t you need a full of signature cause I just initial I feel like it’s pretty clear that I couldn’t read it moral of the story just do the basics gym membership

I joined 6 months ago and paid 2 yrs upfront. Not managed well at all. Broken Hot tub since I joined. Steamroom needs fixed and drinking fountains remain broke. It's a shame. I'd be embarrassed if I owned the place. Lockers are all broken as well as soap dispensers in showers. The place is horrible....
