Outstanding Service! Huge thanks to Mr. Mike and Jacob at Mavis! They got me in without an appointment and replaced my wheel just in time for a camping trip. Not only were they fast and professional, but they also charged me less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. Truly above and beyond service—highly recommend!

Mavis Tires definitely helped me out this morning. I needed a tire and they were able to help me with my brakes and honored my appointment time. They were friendly and definitely had all the helpful information that I needed. The prices are reasonable and I did not have to wait long for services to be done on my vehicle

This place is phenomenal! I contacted this store due to an emergency need for tire replacement 15 minutes before they closed; they committed to providing me the service despite this and lead their transaction with compassion and kindness. This is the second time they have demonstrated this toward me. I did not feel taken advantage of; I truly felt like a kind customer experience. Thank you to Michael and Chase for your wonderful customer service. I truly cannot recommend a better place to take your vehicle. I will continue to utilize this store for my vehicle’s needs. Had my tire fixed (picked up a screw). They did very good work, put it all back together very good and clean. Were a very friendly and professional staff, and were on time. Had been going to NTB (now Mavis) for many years, but I like Mavis even better. They have very good hours too, especially helpful when the unexpected happens.

My son checked in Mavis in North Augusta, SC at 11 am. In about an hour, the problem was solved. The technicians were knowledgeable and pleasant. Because of their expertise, I don't have to worry about him having a flat or pumping up his tire daily. Thanks Mavis! I purchased my tires from them and will always consider them first!
