Such a friendly atmosphere. I asked the owner, Troy, if he would mind putting some air in one of my tires that has a slow leak one evening. He said yes immediately! Then proceeded to fill said tire. He even checked all the other tires even though I didn’t ask him to. It was close to their closing time so I am very thankful that I wasn’t turned away.

I have a 2011 BMW x3 28i. I was told by my mechanic that my rear brake padding a rotors were low as low as possible and quoted $818 for them to be replaced. I went to the for it to be replaced along with a tire rotation. Wayne took me to the back to show me that i had about 7mm left of my padding which is only about 70% life left it in. Out of the kindness of their heart they did not charge me for the rotation because of the trouble I went through. The employees here were very kind and honest about their work. I do not see myself going anywhere else but here!! Highly recommend!!

Ordered tires from Goodyear.com Mavis corporate office never shipped the tires. The store is clueless on when they get orders as they can't research in their system. One month later, after multiple calls (with no call backs) to Mavis and a few emails to Goodyear and from Goodyear to Mavis corporate, I am finally getting the tires installed. And now after installation...they chipped a rim on my car. Once the rim is replaced I will never be doing business with Mavis ever again. Update: after replacing the valve caps it seems they damaged not one but two rims. Update: I received a text from Mavis about 2 weeks ago regarding this issue. They ordered 2 replacement rims for the vehicle. Thank you Mavis for finally making it right.

I'm thrilled to have our own Mavis Tires location right in this region of the CSRA. It's frustrating when everything is located in areas where my tax dollars don't make an impact, so it's been a blessing to drive just 4-5 minutes and have my car needs taken care of locally. The staff here is highly trained, and the leadership—Amanda (General Manager) and Benny (Service Manager)—is exceptional. They go above and beyond, providing excellent customer service and raising the standard for quality business. They were incredibly polite and even accommodated me close to closing time to ensure I was safe on the road for work the next morning. They thoroughly inspected, investigated, and resolved the issue. Thank you all so much! I’ll definitely be back!
