I can't thank them enough! They took me in later than anyone else would, and from the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming. The team was super quick at getting the job done—no waiting around, no hassle. They were so helpful every step of the way with patching up my tire that had a nail in it.. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs anything done for their car. Top-notch service!

One of the great things about living in Grovetown is all the great new businesses that are being built here. My husband and I found our tire flat today. It had a screw deeply embedded in it. It was getting late in the day and most places would close soon. One of those new businesses is Mavis Tires and Brakes. It's located in the same parking lot as the Walmart Neighborhood Market, Dunkin Donuts, Sparkle Car Wash, a Walmart gas station, and Tasty Wings & Seafood. We rushed over there and wondered if they would help us late in the day and close to closing. They were working on multiple cars but also quickly fixed ours. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable,  helpful, gave excellent service, and had great prices. What a huge relief. We would have been on the side of the road with a flat tire, stuck in freezing temps, and in the dark until help arrived had it not been for them. We probably would have had to leave our vehicle unattended. What a mess. Instead the great mechanics and technicians at Mavis Tires and Brakes helped us to get home safely. We highly recommend them. Again, excellent customer service. They are also completely handicapped accessible. They have a dedicated, free, and safe parking lot, with lots of spaces. They have a working air machine. They have a nice, inside, clean, seating and waiting area. They have accessible bathrooms and a play area for little ones. They handled our issue quickly, and expertly. We are very grateful to them for fixing our tire last minute and helping us get home safely. No, I am not related to anyone there, friends with anyone there, and I am not being paid to share this. I am a local and I rely heavily on reviews and I know other people do too. They were really just that great of a business. #ThankYouMavisTiresAndBrakesCrew

Thank goodness I found this place! Excellent service. One of my tires picked up a nail and I took my car there to fix the tire. Tire was repaired within 20 minutes and I did not need to purchase a new tire as other places would have tried to make me do. The technicians are very honest and knowledgeable. I will be taking all my vehicles there for oil change and other issues going forward.

Quoted 479 for 4 new tires and labor, got tires installed and went to pay, $60 charge for valve stems I didn't ask for "but we put valve stems on every set of tires, sorry they didn't tell you that." After some arguing the manager said he'd cover the bill for the stems, get the truck back and it has the old beat up stems on still. Drive it for a week, front left tire the bead on the tire breaks, a few days later the right rear debeads going down the highway and I nearly get into a wreck. Don't go here, they'll try to scam you and sell you junk.

They carefully removed the nail, assessed the tire for damage, and explained the repair process thoroughly. The repair was done quickly and I felt confident that the tire was safe to drive on.
