Me and my fiancé had the best experience here we laid on all different kinds of mattresses. of course we were going in getting three and they were all different needs and I needed a more firmer bed due to our back and not getting younger any day and I can’t say enough about Ember She absolutely did everything she could to help us I mean everything she hands-down is one of the most fantastic customer service representatives that I have ever dealt with in And I’ve been in the customer service industry for about 20 years. She kills it upon delivery me and my fiancé were the only ones who had a king size bed and also we had the adjustable Top And bottom, and my teenager got a hybrid that was less firmer. She is absolutely is in love 😍 with her bed, The gentleman that brought the beds didn’t want us to touch nor did they want us to do anything they assured us that they would have everything going ON and they did .. What I will say is Michelle Rose WAS the absolute cherry on the top when she came out from the time that she got here down to the Time that they left I absolutely enjoyed our conversation. She helped showing me as far as devices because I wanted a more expensive, but she and only she could've Talk me into the bed I have is wonderful and it is so just wait. You know on down the road until the mattress that I initially want it would be more affordable because we cannot afford it. She also is just someone that I would let just walk in your house and you instantly want to chat with her you instantly have so many questions she has the answer. She also gives you more information To let you know every little gadget, she showed me how I could flatten out my bed. That way I could make it every morning when me and my fiancé gotten out of it And she knocked it completely out of the stadium!!
