It was a great experience for me and my family at Mattress By Appointment Augusta! The showroom is just the right fit. It wasn’t overwhelming. We purchased 2 beds and they feel amazingly comfortable! Mr. Greg is awesome and extremely knowledgeable! When we are ready to replace the mattresses in the remaining rooms, we will definitely be giving them a call! Thank you for everything. Just purchased an adjustable bed from Greg. He was one of the nicest people to do business with. I live in Massachusetts and needed an adjustable bed for my son who has been in the hospital for over a year and just recently got out. Greg delivered the mattress the same day, set it up, and put on the mattress cover and sheets because my son was too weak to do it himself. Being so far away, Greg was an answer to my prayers! Superior service, kindhearted, highly recommended!!!

We’ve been looking for an adjustable bed for awhile now and thought we’d just try this place to see what they had. It was the best decision we made, Greg was so helpful in explaining the differences between mattresses and there was no pressure to buy!
