Review is specifically towards CDL drivers but everyone as well. In a nut shell I’m a handicap cdl driver but have not had any points in 10 years My boss waived my tickets for me to gradually get her money back. Had illegal right turn and striking an object in a commercial vehicle. A RR cross arm bounced off my trailer a couple times that I was totally unaware of. Hence the striking a fixed object. They carried 0 points on my license, but I had no idea that striking a fixed object was also considered leaving scene of accident. Ohio was gonna suspend my license for a whole year. That’s when panic mode struck me that’s my whole life and how I make a living. I had called 2 other Georgia Attorneys to represent me before the tickets were even waived. No one called back. I knew I needed help in a bad way especially knowing withdrawing a waiver plea is hard to do. I called Mr. Andrew’s he did call me back and spent about a half hour on phone. He made me no promises especially since case was already adjudicated but he is a Veteran and seemed to be a straight shooter and fair in the cost. I was willing to travel back from Ohio if need be but I didn’t have too. He was able to re open my case and re work the serious charge. Am so grateful he saved my CDL. Great Attorney folks.
