I can’t say enough good things about Master Buick GMC, especially Mr. Bernard and Mr. Eddie. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, supported, and taken care of even when my truck is getting serviced. Mr. Bernard is incredibly knowledgeable and patient walking me through every step of the process. Mr. Eddie made sure everything ran smoothly from paperwork to final delivery. Sue did such amazing job. She is the reason why I decided to get my new truck in the first place. The overall Master GMC team is top notch. They explained everything to me, gave me what I think is fair deal on my trade in. They even checked in on me few days after the sell to make sure I was happy. The finance guy Jeff was good too! He was very thorough with all my documents, explained what I was signing and answered any questions I had. I felt good leaving the dealership and felt like I made the right purchase!

Poor experience I brought my truck in for extended warranty work expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I was quoted nearly $400 for repairs that were later done for free — fully covered — at another GMC dealership nearby. When I declined the service and chose to take my vehicle elsewhere, I was told I owed a $150 diagnostic fee — a charge that was never explained upfront. It felt more like a penalty than a standard fee. I spoke with a manager hoping to clear things up, but was told flatly, “we’re in business to make money.” That response, combined with the lack of transparency, ended any trust I had. If you have a warranty — especially one not sold by this dealership — be careful. You may end up with surprise charges that your warranty provider says shouldn’t be there. After years of doing business here, it’s frustrating to see how little value they place on long-time customers. It’s not about the money — it’s about integrity and how people are treated. I won’t be back.

Mr. Charles Williams was an outstanding advisor who helped me tremendously during a difficult situation. While traveling to Alaska for military duty, my truck experienced engine issues. I informed him of the problem, and he quickly stepped in to support me. Thanks to his efforts, everything was resolved within a day. I’m extremely grateful for his help and dedication.
