Massey Services Pest Control

Didn’t call when they were going to service our house so they only did the front since our back was blocked (where we really needed them to service). My wife attempted to make it in time to unlock the back but they were long gone. Didn't make note of not being able to get to the back but just wrote down that they serviced the house, which wasn’t true. Called the number to talk to someone who told us we would get a call back from the team here, that didn’t happen either. Will be switching services and would recommend looking somewhere else. This company was fine before they become Massey.

Since the company shift, it seems as tough Massey isn't concerned with quality as long as they are getting paid. I received some service in mid April (not clear on what the service was supposed to be) and in a few days I was receiving calls to pay my April bill. It's still April right now as I type this a week later. I'm writing this review because low and behold I have an email asking to pay for another service. It does not make sense how things are set up. I spoke to a lady on the phone that says they do a once in 3 months service for one thing, a twice a year service for something else and then an annual service. So why am I supposed to be $66 per month for one service and then $52 a month for the other? I don't even want to know how much the annual is going to be. It seems greedy. Any ways, looking to move pest control services. After being fed up with these people calling me multiple times a day every day for the past 3 weeks for a May bill (mind you it is May now) I found a couple places that offer termite and pest control for much cheaper with A+ BBB ratings local to the area. I suggest other's do the same the people at Massey are ridiculous. Charging a ridiculous amount of money to never come out to your house and do a service but will none the less send you bill after bill and blow up your phone. I have received 3 bills for May all issued on May 1st. No one had been out to my home in 3 months. Just Awful. Check out American Pest Control, Delta Pest Control, Rocket Pets control, etc. Good luck.

I'm so glad that Massey is my pest control company. I first had Horne's, then switched to Insight. Both were fine. With Massey, though, I have gotten such amazing customer service and results. When I had questions about my bill, the products Massey used, what - if anything - Massey did differently than other pest control companies, the general manager - Adam - stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes explaining everything in thorough detail. I was shocked that when I called and said, "I have a few questions" that I was transferred to such a high level person. Adam didn't even say he was the general manager. I thought I was talking to a customer service rep. The fact that the GM gave me that much time, care, attention, was so humble and helpful *on top of* being knowledgeable - I'm super impressed by Massey! It's not just the GM, either. My pest control professional, Josh, gives my home/property a thorough inspection, always explains to me what he sees, and offers recommendations. If you call them, I hope you're lucky enough to talk to Aimme and/or Tiffany. They'll make sure to take care of you, and they do it with a friendliness that you really hope for in customer service representatives. Thank you Massey!

Alex is always professional and courteous. He calls to let me know exactly when he will be here and is always on time. Alex does his job with a smile on his face. He is also very knowledgeable!!
