Me my wife and sibling decided to bless our mom with a surprise birthday massage. As she has never had one and it was time. From the moment we walked in until we walked out the staff showed complete professionalism and compassion. Nunu who took care of our mom did an amazing job. Anthony who also made sure her experience was pleasant. He took time to explain the process before and after. Our mom had so much energy and a heart full of joy after receiving her massage. Thanks Nunu! She’s already thinking of her next visit and wants to bring my dad and grandmother. The experience was great!! Tried someone new today, Juricouria. She is new at this location and I highly recommend you give her a try. Wanted to target my shoulder area which I have problems with on the daily. She did a terrific job. Felt like I have new shoulders and more mobility and flexibility in my shoulders and my back area feels amazing. She really targeted my areas of concern and helped my areas of focus. Will always recommend her.

I scheduled an appointment after hours online that I thought was for Sunday afternoon. When I put in the address for navigation on Sunday, the app noted that the store was closed. That's when I realized I'd accidentally scheduled for Monday afternoon when I was unable to go. I immediately sent a message online that I needed to cancel. When I called first thing Monday morning, they said you can't cancel online when they're closed. They were closed when I scheduled it!!! They charged my credit card and now I have to deal with a dispute with my credit card company. This is theft. I was offered an opportunity to reschedule at the introductory rate which I will never use! If you can MAKE an appointment online after hours, you should be able to CANCEL it online after hours, as long as you meet the 24 hour requirement. It's only fair.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews were about, but this was quite possibly the best experience I’ve had. Cristal was amazing, did her job, and gave me some good skincare tips. 10 out of 10
