Antoinette Arce & her staff treated me horribly. I would never get another loan from them. When my job was transitioning & I needed help they blew off & lied. The never processed loan even though I kept getting emails from Mariner saying I was qualified for 1000's. I never missed a payment & I always paid extra. She laughed and lied & never helped me. Customer service at its finest. NOT!

Jacky in the Augusta Office was very helpful and friendly. She handled my application in a professional and efficient manner.

They kept calling and leaving messages I could barely hear. When I called back they were very rude. Is this place known for scamming people?

They approved my dad for a 10,000 dollars loan for my mom funeral expenses but when he got up there they told him they couldn't do it. So we might not have enough money for a proper burial for my mom.
