Marco's Pizza

Nice looking place. Workers may be a little clueless. We had to ask several times for our order. Took greater than 30 minutes to get it afterbthebapp said 15minutes. App never updated even after we left. Their oven may need to be turned up a bit. Pizza is very substandard. Pizza hut is better and I hate Pizza hut. Safe to say, I won't be coming back.

I was pleased with this order :) *Update August 17th, 2024 2:35 pm I have ordered extra cheese twice within two months and there is not extra cheese. Is Marcos short on cheese? If you don't have enough cheese then take the extra cheese option off. I notified the store and a sorry was given. This is very disappointing Marcos. It looks like I will have to go to another pizza business. Your employees are not trained the same and that's not consistent and it's misleading. I am not pleased with this order Marcos or the order before the previous. * If I wanted to eat bread with some sprinkled cheese I would have ordered that. I ordered pizza with EXTRA cheese!! 😐 *(4 years ago from 2024) Marco's pizza taste good! I think the ingredients are good quality. Sometimes this particular restaurant does not apply the proper cheese through out the pizza. Some spots are missing cheese! This has happened a few times. I did speak with the manager.

It's been a while since I ordered from Marcos , but I'm so glad I did. We got the cheesy bread, pizzoli, wings, and the chicken club, and all of it was so good. The wings were better than any wing restaurant around here. They have definitely raised their game, and they will be my pizza go-to again.

Updated my review and added a star! Much better experience overall. The store was clean, the staff was polite, the order was accurate. So much better than it was the last visit. To the management: thank you for taking action and working to improve the customer experience. Original review: I really like the pizza here and if I were rating the pizza alone, it would be 5 Stars. Unfortunately for this particular location, it seems like the current staff or at least the staff that was on this particular day, has let the quality decline significantly. There's a disconnect with the website that says curbside is available however when you get to the store there is a tiny cardboard sign that says curbside not available. The staff looked unprofessional as well as the inside of the restaurant when I went to pick up my order. I spent about $80 for pizza, that's a lot of money! I would expect the reception of customers and the cleanliness of the store to reflect those prices.

I don’t eat cheese, my go to pizza is a small thin crust extra sauce with extra pepperoni, & no cheese. Other pizza places Dominos & Pizza Hut always put very little sauce on it & they burn the heck out of it, I mean they make the edges black, then tell me it burns because of the no cheese or the thin crust, but not Marcos, they make it perfect every time. Thanks Marcos!
