So this building is an old fire station In the downtown area. It is now used for a banquet hall area for meetings and corporate dinners. Parking is kinda of tight because you have to share with the business In the downtown area and park where ever you can find a spot. If your event has a dinner it must be catered.

Simply stunning! From the wonderfully historic renovated apartments on floors 2 and 3 to the great use of the downstairs space as an event venue complete with a lush courtyard in back, the Marbury Building is a perfect anchor for the upper end of August's upper Broad Street.

It's the midway point for my Babies and I when we take our walks. The location is very nice with a brick wall where I can sit while they drink their water and enjoy a picnic of treats. It also allows us to people watch!

My daughters wedding was held there..We had the BBQ menu. The venue is very nice.The food was Awesome. The server was excellent.
