We closed on our new house on 10/25 and had issues with 2 windows that needed replaced and some others that needed to be looked at. Ashley was fantastic in communicating with us almost right away for someone to come out and look at everything. Both times Brandon came out to fix or replace the windows. He was friendly, on time, and obviously cared about doing a great job and everything looks great! There has yet to be another company that has communicated and helped rectify in a timely manner getting things resolved. I never had to emailed or call over and over just to get answers. Thank you Ashley and Brandon for being so awesome! We appreciate you both. You rock Brandon and I sure hope your boss sees this review. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

They delivered the wrong material to my jobsite. My installers installed it. Maner refused to take any accountability, though admitted their error. Cost me thousands of dollars and they wouldn’t credit a dime. Big boss there, Frank Chandler, was arrogant and unapologetic. Not qualified for his position. Had zero interest. Would never use or recommend. Would still love to resolve this but this company is so poorly operated I doubt they have a care to reach out. Respond to this and I will happily provide my number. In the meantime, will pass along my distaste to everyone I come across in the construction industry in the CSRA, which is small but communicative.

These guys never seem to know what they are doing. Every time I consider using them, I'm reminded of the incompetence of this location and go to Lowe's instead
