Magnolia Real Estate and Rentals has provided my wife, pooch, and I a wonderful renting experience. Mr. Lucas handled all processes with the utmost professionalism and compassion to include the showing, application, rental duration, lease extension, and departure. Specifically, we were impacted by Hurricane Helene and he made sure we were taken care of. Rare to find an agent that will ask if your family is okay before discussing business. Cannot more highly recommend this company for your rental needs.

I live in California and Magnolia was recommended to me by family in the Evans, GA area. Andy has acted as both my realtor and property manager in Georgia over the past year and a half, assisting in the purchase and maintenance of six separate investment properties. Despite being on the other side of the country, the entire process has always been smooth and professional, handled with sincerity and valuable local expertise. Rent estimates were spot-on and every property we purchased was rented within a week of closing. Most repairs or maintenance needs are taken care of the same day. I have never had a complaint with Magnolia, either myself or from any tenants. 10/10 would recommend.

I could've sworn I had already written and posted this review back in March but it was an extremely busy month so I can see myself drafting and forgetting. I came to verify whether or not I had posted because I was thinking of how grateful I am for Andy at Magnolia Real Estate. I was struggling to deal with my first property remotely and reached out to a few rental management companies almost half a year before I was ready to rent out my property. Andy checked in with me several times and made me feel very secure when I put my property in his hands. The times when the tenants needed service, I found out on the rental statements at the end of the month. This was very convenient for me because my job is hectic enough as it is. Andy also helped purchase a second property and recommended repairs, replacements to make the new property ready to rent out. I'm so satisfied with Magnolia and look forward to working with Andy and his company with properties of the future. If my original draft was posted somewhere and I didn't find it then just take this second review as proof that the work is so good I thought about writing reviews on several separate occasions! -Nathalia

Andy is an awesome landlord and awesome person all the way around. We are currently renting our home from him and have only ever had one maintenance request and it was fixed within a couple days. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We even have him lined up to help us look for a house when we are ready to buy. You can't ask for a more down to earth personable landlord.

Andy is great to work with and always keeps his landlords abreast of what is going with their properties and helps them expand their portfolio of properties. I've always had a property rented before the previous renter moves out. He also provides quick payments each month and easy record keeping applications.
