I had a horrible experience. I just recently bought my 2016 Yukon XL 90 days ago and I bought it to repair a scratch not 3 inches long and now I had a different color rear door that doesn't match the paint at all and I would like to get my truck painted correctly in a timely manner it took almost 3 weeks for a minor scratch. I will send you some photos later on today I have to go and get it out of storage

I should have done my due diligence to include checking reviews, but I was blindsided by the quoted price to paint my truck. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your vehicle painted. These folk lack training, customer service skills and managerial skills and they blatantly disrespect your property. Just a few pics--more are otw. 2. I received a response from the owner that is very similar if not identical to other posts from Maaco. I paid for the "best" paint job and if this is their best ... I got ripped off ... take a look ... 3. Service after the sale is non-existent. Devon is in a position above his capabilities...with proper training it may be possible. Initial pickup of my truck following a text msg from Devon stating it was ready for pickup...the hood was pitted with dips or uneven sanding and painted over..I asked Devon who checked this vehicle prior to me arriving and he was speechless...no quality control whatsoever..no accountability..no remorse..a complete waste of my time..and yours if you deal with them. A prideless group of untrained folk.

I had our 2002 4Runner repainted with a new Toyota stock color and Maaco offered a great price and provided a great service/product. We had a few touch ups to do and Maaco warranties there paint and work and they quickly sorted everything out. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for painting your car!

Got my hood painted because the clear coat started peeling bad after the snow a few months ago, and it had plenty of chips from rocks. Color matches the fenders and looks great now. Great service and awesome work for much cheaper than most body shops.

Thank you MAACO for the service you provided. My vehicle looks good. The paint job is great. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would have given a 5 star but there are a few negative issues. 1. It took 3 weeks to get my car back when it was estimated for 7 days. I was a few bad weather days so I gave a pass. Note: I was paying for a rental car until the repair was complete. 2. I took my car to them clean inside and out but when it was returned. It was dust everywhere on the inside. I had to clean it out completely when I got home. 3. The repaired door inside panel is weakened and flimsy. It feels like it’s going to come apart at any time. 5. This is lastly on me. I did not get other estimates before choosing this company. MAACO was highly recommended by a coworker that I totally respect. Your business is busy but remember the customers that self-pay for their repairs are important too.
