It was my first Time ever getting into a wreck after driving for a long time. So when I was asking for advice, I was recommended to Austin Jackson I didn’t know what to expect from this, But after working with them they were very understanding from the beginning, and helped me out every step of the way. They made my stressful time a lot more relaxing even checking up with me and my status but as well as the claim. I honestly wasn’t expecting to gain much from this but they absolutely proved me wrong.

These 4 amazing personalities made my experience a completely different experience and I’m thankful to have met them. They all deserve individual recognition for being great at doing their jobs. My son and I where in a car accident last year in April 2024. I contacted the law office of Austin Jackson. My son seen his billboard. I called on the weekend. Had an appointment very fast. They were very kind. Handled all my problems for me. I had some major health issues. So I really didn’t have time to deal with these issues. They sent a few snacks. The cookies were delicious. I was very happy with them. In the future I will use them again and will refer them as much as possible.
