Disappointing Experience. Poor Workmanship and Follow-Through I would not recommend for landscape engineering or architecture work. The quality of work was substandard, the workmanship was subpar and the project was riddled with last-minute delays - before starting, during execution, and even after, when I requested repairs. The cleanup was especially careless: the irrigation trench was only partially backfilled and not tamped; trenched dirt and clay were left piled over live grass adjacent to the trench, killing it, so I had to dig and repair those areas. Raking and grading over the French drain was not done correctly: there are uneven mounds and depressions that need smoothed out. Trash (PVC scraps, water bottles) was left behind. Irrigation timer wire was left exposed and sloppily draped over my garden hose. A buried downspout they “repaired” was reassembled without glue and came apart immediately upon inspection (it was also completely buried, including the drainage cap). I had to re-excavate and properly grade a ~40 section of irrigation line dug straight through a drainage swale. If you’re going to trench through a pre-existing drainage swale like that, you have to ensure the irrigation trench is graded so that water drains out of the swale. Lupinetti’s didn’t do that - instead, the lowest spot was directly in the middle of my property (they also installed a sprinkler head here, meaning that a muddy pond formed whenever the sprinklers ran). Rather than identify and mitigate this issue during the trenching or sprinkler testing phases of the job, they just chalked it up to “pre-existing drainage issues” and then wanted to charge me full price for a *second* French drain to fix it. When I raised these concerns, the response was defensive and dismissive. Rather than listening, I was repeatedly interrupted with excuses that failed to address the actual workmanship. I want to express my appreciation with Lupinetti's Lawn Care. This is my first time using Lupinetti's Lawn Care. They did what my previous lawn care couldn't do. My previous lawn care service damaged my sprinklers system by cutting the wires with their weed eater. They also left grass clippings out in the street without blowing it back into the yard as well other places around the property. Lupinetti's went out of their way by getting rid of the old grass clippings. They are professional and are willing to work around your schedule to do what it takes to make you happy. My lawn looks so much better. My lawn looks great compared to what it looked like 2 weeks ago!

Lupinetti's lawn care was a pleasure to work with. Communication was great, and he went through all the details with us to make sure we got the end result we were looking for! Highly recommended!

Lupinetti's is the Best! I have been using them for over a Year. Tyler always does a great job and sends a picture of my yard when he is done. I definitely recommend them!

Had a promising walkthrough just to be completely disappointed with excuse after excuse. Every time he was scheduled to come he had an excuse to push back(literally, all 4 times) and then after he did come, he left our yard in shambles. Compacted soil/clay over fresh sod, giant holes that weren’t filled, and pipes they cracked while putting in the irrigation system that they claimed to fix-but really just threw dirt on top of. Not to mention all of the crews trash they left in our yard.
