Lulu's Car Wash

Very disappointed! Been a member for a few years now. Today your tire shine machine left black marks all my vehicle. I went through car wash multiple times trying to get it off. I also asked for assistance unfortunately they told me that I will have to scrub it off myself, which sucks because at this current time I am injured and I cannot do so. Totally sucks to pay for a hands-free car wash, still have to do physical work, and my car looks worse than before I came. No customer service at all. Staff just standing around hanging around doing nothing.

Lulu’s has stepped up their game and deserves the kudos for being a great car wash facility - but the staffing here is key. Trey is PHENOMENAL. If he’s not on the radar for a raise / promotion you’re missing the boat . This young guy, remembers me by name and always is working hard with a smile. Thanks for being awesome, Trey!

Got a new subscription for another car today. Trey was super helpful. He explained the different washes and how the billing works. Trey also ensured I turned off any features that would impact my car during the wash. Trey was excellent at customer service!

Alexis is the best! She got me right and suggested the right car wash for my needs, and even made sure everything was good after the wash! Went above and beyond and I can’t recommend her or Lulus in north Augusta enough! Thank you again Alexis!

This place has a lot of extras after you go through the car wash. Everything you need clean your car inside and out thoroughly is available. A great staff, it’s always clean and well kept. Another benefit is the relaxation that I get when I’m going through the car wash. If it was only about a mile long, I would probably be sound asleep by the end.
