Lucy's Love Shop

So I love the shop and have great interactions with the staff! I am very dissatisfied with the spreader bar purchased from here! Nearly $50 bucks and broke the first night! Not to mention the size when I took it out of the box! That should have been all the indication I needed! But here we are with it broke! 💔 This was definitely not worth the price! :(

I came from out of town to visit my husband for Valentine's Day, bc he works out here. We took a special trip to Lucy's Love Shop and they didn't disappoint. The staff was very helpful in recommending the best product for my husband and myself. And she also helped me decide which outfit was best for a fun night together!!!!

Mya needs to write the book on customer service. This young lady went over and beyond to make I had the best experience possible! She even made sure I had decals and cards. Owner she needs praise and a raise already!

Terrible. I believe it was the female manager or owner, wish I had gotten her name. But she was terribly rude. I bought a toy there only to figure out when I got home that if you touch it a certain way it stops working! Talk about frustrating. Now mind you I drove about 45 minutes to come check this place out. So I had to drive back another 45 minutes with the receipt and told her I wanted to exchange it for a different toy or one that works right. She refused, got defensive and yelled at me. I told her to try it herself. She tested it and it did the exact same thing and said oh its working fine. You can work with that. The thing literally shut off when she touched it the same way. I would not waste your money here. This lady is only concerned with money and doesn't care if she sales a defective item as long as she gets rid of it from her store. I lost my money, time, gas, and a toy. Even though I had proof of receipt. Do not buy from this incompetent woman. On top of that this store is not in a safe part of town. Lock your doors. On top of that there's a lot of perverted men in this store who will look you up and down and follow you around. Its creepy. I wouldn't be surprised if all the good reviews were from the owner herself.
