Terrible. Everything is self checkout and about 50% of the time I need an associate to log in to complete the sale. For this particular trip I’ve had 5 employees walk past my red flashing light, several of them multiple times, who clearly do not give a shit. Going on ten minutes of waiting to check out my own damn items so corporate can cut labor costs.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Lowe’s due to the unprofessional conduct of an employee named Antonio. I had purchased several pieces of floor molding, but ended up needing to return 7 of them. To my surprise, I was told they could not be returned because they were not in a “bundle.” At no point during the purchase was I informed that these items had to be returned in a bundle, and this policy was not clearly communicated or posted. When I tried to explain this, Antonio was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. Instead of offering understanding or trying to find a solution, he made sarcastic and smart remarks, showing absolutely no consideration or customer service skills. His attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given clear information about return policies at the time of purchase. Antonio’s behavior reflected poorly on Lowe’s and made what was already a frustrating situation even worse. This experience has definitely made me reconsider shopping at this location again. Will be going to Home Depot next time they have much better customer service

I bought a microwave and it died in less than a month. They said return policy was 48hrs. Wow. Go to home depot. Much better return police and customer service. Lowes is as dead to me as Amazon now. Not anther dollor from me.

My last two experiences at your big box store were surprisingly pleasant. Mainly because of the over the top service and assistance of "Tee"! He gave us his full time and attention. Something that is truly lacking with most big box store visits. Other customers were patiently waiting for Tee to assist them, seemingly knowing he'd have the answer or directions they needed. He should be the customer service trainer for all employees!

Worst Lowes experience ever! Entered thru door to 5-6 employees standing in the immediate intersection having a conversation. Not paying any attention to customers. We actually had to say excuse me to get them to move do we could get in. We came to Lowe's because our refrigerator, which we bought from Lowe's needed a new water filter and air filter. The girl in appliances helped us find the water filter but sent us to aisle 6 for a furnace filter. The next person we asked had no idea so I went to my Lowe's app which said what I needed was in aisle1 desk bay. I was still not able find them so I asked an older lady with long blondish brown hair....RUDE! SHE SARCASTICALLY TOLD ME TO TO " LOOK UP! SEE AISLE 2? AISLE 1 IS THE AISLE BEFORE THAT!" I put the $54 water down and left! I've spent a LOT money at Lowe's but I am now a Home Depot customer!
