Lookaway Inn

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inn is beautiful and the location was perfect. John was friendly and available if we needed anything. The breakfast was wonderful. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony listening to the rain. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We were having the floors refinished in our home last week and so that meant we had to vacate the premises in the meantime. I searched google for a reasonable rate and surprisingly this gorgeous inn had the most reasonable rate for the days we needed. We had some scheduling hiccups with the project timeline that necessitated a change in dates (+/- a day) and every time we had to make a change John was so helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the Inn is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of history and antique furnishings. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family when they come into town. Thank you John and team for a wonderful stay!

I stayed for a week. Excellent choice if you'd like to absorb some of the local vibe and history. The hospitality of the host/owner is unmatched and you'll learn a lot at breakfast from the high-powered guests. You can stay at a nice chain motel for a similar price, but the overall experience at this B&B is priceless.

I had a wonderful day at this Inn, The innkeeper John was really a gracious and extra extraordinarily helpful host. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms and overall home are very elegant and comfortable.

We enjoyed this beautiful property during our weekend stay in North Augusta! John and Linda were so attentive and welcoming! The Inn was perfect, our room was beautiful and the comfort was what we needed. Highly recommend staying at the Lookaway Inn
