I've been with Lock N Key for 4 years now and I'm not at all happy with this "New Management". I'm actually convinced that every single review on here is from these New Managements people vs actual people who rent from LNK. SHAKING MY HEAD! I need one of these new managers to contact me via phone or email because i definitely have some questions and cant seem to get the answers I'm looking for from one of your many work from home call center ladies who probably aren't even in Aiken. Like this is getting ridiculous. Y'all come in change all kind of stuff up on the tenants, lie about onsite security, lie about 24 hr access, don't even have a onsite manager anymore which is weird af if you ask me, up the prices, up the late fees, try to MAKE US GET INSURANCE ON OUR UNITS, AND i still have yet to see or speak to or even KNOW this new managements name so im really starting to get upset. hopefully this get someone's attention and someone from new management gets in touch with me or gives me a way to get in touch with them. alright. that is all.

Be careful using this storage company, it's under new management that doesn't seem to care about Field mice entering your unit and destroying your property with rat poop. They told me it's not they responsibility. I'm removing my stuff immediately

The new administration was notified online about a situation I had and, amazingly, when I came back nearly 12 hours later, everything was fixed except a little bit of aftermath that was inside the shed that they would not reach. So far, not bad!.
