I had a terrible experience with the customer service at the checkout! The cashier stopped me on the way out and asked me why I used the self-checkout instead of going to her. She insisted that self checkout register should have been closed, but it was open and I used it. Not my problem. this is the second time I have a bad experiance with the sassy cashiers at the register…

Nice selection of flowers and arrangements. The young lady working that day never asked if I needed help but made sure see stayed busy cleaning & organizing behind the counter. I got my item myself & went to self check out!
