Lite Electric

These guys are absolutely awesome! They were there for us during Helene and so incredibly nice. The service was so great , we just used them again for two outlet installs. I was impressed yet again. The owner Richard Is always so pleasant to speak with and truly cares about his customers. They did outstanding work both times and I cannot recommend them enough!

Lite Electric did a free estimate which is uncommon with electricians. We had them do three small-ish projects at our house and they were in and out in no time. They charged us about 60% of the estimate we got from another company, so they were much less expensive and equally polite and professional. I highly recommend Lite Electric!

Terrible Experience - Dishonest Practices I had a really frustrating experience with this company that I feel needs to be shared. We inquired about an issue getting our lights checked out. We spoke to two different men and the very first thing we always ask before getting these types of services done is if they provide free estimates. We were told YES from both employees. When the two men arrived at our house, it completely changed. After they inspected the problem, they then informed us that they would be charging $95 for the estimate! This was a complete contradiction to what they had initially said. They tried to justify the charge, but it felt like a blatant bait-and-switch. We were NEVER even given a price for the estimate prior to the men arriving. It's one thing for a company to charge for an estimate, but don't lie about it, be upfront. The lack of transparency and dishonesty is inexcusable. It's disappointing to see a business take advantage of people, especially when they're vulnerable and just trying to get some help. I will definitely not be using their services again, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I can't say enough positive comments about these guys. Our business needed 3 calls on different items. So I was fortunate to meet a lot of the team including the owner, Richard. They were prompt, friendly, explains things, offer solutions, and fair billing. On one trip I mentioned that "I thought the bill would be higher?". their reply, "We don't gouge our customers...". Nice to hear. So if you're looking for a team you can count on...I highly recommend them.

Love this company!! They sent out help right away on a Friday evening for a small chandelier fire we had. They made us feel so safe. They came back to reinstall it after repairs and Josh and Blake went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to par and that our home and chandelier were safe. They educated me as well!! I have always had wonderful experiences with this company. So professional and knowledgeable!!! Thank you!!
