If you just need regular maintence meds, it's ok. Terrible with communication if you need anything outside of your appointment time. I had septum surgery yesterday with my nose packed with cotton/gauze and am very claustrophobic. I have been having panic attacks and not able to sleep. My surgeon and gp told me to call my psychiatrist for my anxiety. I called yesterday and didn't get return call until today. I was told my psychiatrist was off until next week and I could try to make an appointment. They said they couldn't do anything because my dr is on vacation.

I love my therapist at this location. However, this office started a new online check in process that is a total disaster and very unfriendly for the patient’s. I can never get checked in and anytime I ask the front office staff, I am made to feel like I am bothering them. Considering this is a place to go for mental health I am seriously concerned about this change and the fact that after a month of it being in place, no improvements have been made.

Glen is an awesome therapist, one of the best I have ever had. He can relate to my issues and gives great feedback.

I like that the clinician discusses your next appointment and schedules it so that the patient does not get lost and is able to have a continuation of care.

It’s been a pretty positive experience so far. I do telehealth so I’m always in the comfort of my own home. The website it’s easy to navigate to access any of your information and appointments coming up or in the past. Unfortunately, at the moment it seems you cannot make appointments via online so you have to call in and it can be a tad annoying. Other than that my experience has been a good one. If it ever changes (I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn’t) I’ll be sure to update my review. Done 09/26/2024
