Today's appointment with Chastity was only my 2nd encounter; however, she made it as though it's been half my lifetime! She is approachable, attentive, respectful, passionate, experienced & friendly. She went above her call of duty & I'm looking forward to my next session with her 🙏🏾

Their automated system says visit the website and portal I did all this weeks ago. My insurance changed and I needed to cancel an appointment if you do not cancel they charge you eventhough I used the portal and the lady I just talked to @313pm is rude. She didn't provide her name. Im trying to figure out how inhumane people get jobs dealing with the mental health. I really hate this place!

I could not load the patient forms to submit properly prior to my appointment and they still think I'm going to pay a $100 missed appointment fee. Nope.

It was fine, the therapist did make me think about some things. I have booked another appointment, and we will see how that goes because on the first visit/session it is about seeing if this is a good fit or not.
