Leslie's customer for many years, my first experience with moderate in--ground return line repairs. First, they retuned my call to set up an appointment. All other pool businesses I called took my number, other information, but never bothered to call back. Second, the technician arrived as scheduled. Third, within two hours he identified the problem, located the in-ground leak, and had it repaired. A job completed in a reasonable time at a reasonable cost.

So I’m beginning to lose my patience with Leslie’s. Last week, my pool was crystal clear…stopped in on Saturday to just check out what little tweaks I need to do. They run the test and have me purchase $200 in different chemicals, I’ve followed the instructions to the letter and my pool is a cloudy almost milky mess. I could be just completely out of my element here but it’s hard to “trust the process” if it’s way worse than before and now my family can’t swim in our pool. I’m also guessing there is no method of recourse and I’m just out the money? With that said, the staff has always been incredibly kind

Walk in with my water sample at one forty five saturday, september twenty eighth. I was the only customer in the store. The gentleman at the cash register never looked at me. I waited in the back for him to come test my water. He never came back there.Never said anything.I walked out of the store.He never said anything never looked up from his phone.

As far as the most recent review, you don't go to a Mercedes dealership and expect parts for a Honda. Trish and Tina are amazing!!! Every time I go in, I get exceptional service. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

2022-07: I've been coming to this Leslie's for a year now and I'm happy with the consistency of service. Trish was pleasant to deal with today and Tina has always been a great resource. I'm not sure if Leon is still there, but he was a pleasure to deal with as well. I've definitely learned to take advantage of the Pool Perks Program and keep up with the sales to maximize savings. Although the water testing machine has been down for a week or so, we've learned a lot in keeping the balance in our pool and I am seriously considering investing in an at home testing kit to compare results and learn the differences in the stores testing protocol vs the DIY protocols. The lab nerd in me is loving this, really. 🤣 2021-06: My first time in the store, although my dad has been a long time customer. Nice selection of anything pool related, from the equipment and chemicals down to towels and goggles. The Assistant Manager helped us, if I remember correctly, and she was very pleasant and knew what she was talking about. She had our water tested quickly and we were on our way in no time. Although pricing can be a bit higher than if you were to do everything yourself, it's worth it for the convenience and customer service.
